Have any weird anxiety triggers?

Music that’s edited to be sped up or slowed down makes me anxious for some reason idk it just feels wrong and off putting. (No offense to people who like songs when they’re sped up or slowed down)

Also dogs.

I always get anxious when I hear the ringtone of the alarm even if it wasn't mine. It reminds me about exams and the bad moments in school. reply
