Generally Japanese manga is definitely the best. But it's mostly due to Japanese manga having a bigger supply. There's just sooo many manga out there to read. Webtoons are really pleasant to read though, especially since it's usually fully colored. I also like how the mood is really easy to control and there are a lot of things you can do in webtoo......
