imo shes good even at c0. Like yes, her 1st and 2nd constellation does give her a power spike but you dont really need it so she can be "viable". As a physical damage dealer, shes gonna be one of the most convenient onese since she can do super conduct and as a cryo support shes perfect for freeze or melt comps.
