I’m a Huge Idiot

I forgot to switch out of incognito when I did some school stuff so ALL my incognito tabs switched over to my school account. I didn’t notice and proceeded to read smut. They can see my history. Is there any fancy computery way I can fix this or do I have to pray they don’t check my history
