losing interest in yaoi

Anyone?

I wasn’t that interested in yaoi anyways, only reason I’d read it is bc it has variety of plots, although I got into it for a min. I know ppl say “yaoi is sex” but damn, I wasnt expecting sex every 2 chapters or a whole 5 chapters of it. I just scroll that part, I dont like it when they have a whole important conversation whilst doing it ༼ ˘ل ˘ ༽. I feel like a pervert, maybe its me but I just can’t keep reading it anymore. I know not everything within the tag isn't like that, if I have to read I prefer the ones that conclude the story with sex thats not exposed so much, that way I read the development and dont need to stay for the sex. I wouldn’t religiously just read it just because its bl unless its interesting to me.

I feel nowadays new works create similar things that have popular plots/tropes now everything is alike and reading older ones some are okay but problematic for me.

I want more shounen ai, there’s like 3x more yaoi here
