Hmmm I don't neccarcily really know many healthy coping mechanisms. I would suggest to try painting or splatter paint. Or maybe trying to garden? I'm sorry that I don't have many, but I hope these might help at least a lil bit :) Hope you have a good day/night :D   2 reply
