Hmm... in manga? I'm not a big fan of it and think it's a little inappropriate but I don't think that the people who made it mean bad things with it (I hope so at least).
But I do really hate it in real life, older people going after little children..
That's just disgusting and those people should be put behind bars ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ
