Is internalized misogyny just as bad as misogyny from men?

Yes it really is really sad but at least many women realize that what they're doing is wrong and try to chance (at least the part I saw is) but men... I don't have much hope of them changing (sorry ik not all are hopeless but many is sadly)   reply
