I leave the braids in for 3 months
wash my hair when I take them out
I use Blue magic leave-in conditioners and some other leave-in conditioner that I don't remember the name of (them shizzies be bussin)
I'll throw pretty much anything on my scalp that grows hair(natural products of course) I actually went bald in the back of my head once for tryin......
