how to fall asleep fast please

so uhm like its almost 4 am for me and Im supposed to go to school at 8... any tips to fall asleep like...uh...now?

um idk if this true but it said that dont move in 15 mins you'll fall asleep??? for me i just listen to music until i fall asleep- 1 reply
