how to fall asleep fast please

so uhm like its almost 4 am for me and Im supposed to go to school at 8... any tips to fall asleep like...uh...now?

lay on your stomach. it lessens the amount of air in your lungs by a little and make your heartbeat slow down... which makes you simulate the feeling of tiredness. reply
