For those saying just study and you’ll sleep for fucking sake that’s a total LIE two month ago in my mids i was going crazy and sleeping for like only two hours every 48 hours and my headaches almost killed me
i tried studying “cause my dumb ass couldn’t sleep even tho i was super tired” but ended up crying for not understanding any shit ......
