age plays an important role obviously when I was a kid, I never thought about others but myself. A person who is able to think of others and is developed enough to sympathize should not be shown mercy to imo. I have a little brother who is 9 and based on his mood, he will act nice. But since he is just 9, i tend to think that he is still learning. ......
