It's okay if you didn't like it, but if you wanna keep trying just make sure you are lubricated enough or something and if you feel uncomfortable just don't do it or do a research about how to do it right. I mean I don't do it often but it's not horrible for me. Idk if it's worth the hype but it's not that bad
