I bit my nails for a good 14 years;; I’d bite them down really fucking bad aswell I’d continue biting them even while they bled,, I bit my thumbnail off three times (and I mean COMPLETELY off) it was fucking bad bad... but I’ve finally gone 3 months without biting it only took me 14 years LMFAO
