You be honest and genuine. If you beat around the bush and talk to them like an acquaintance/friend they’re gonna just see you as that, and it’ll make it harder to get anywhere from there.
If there’s someone who you think is insanely hot, don’t just stare and never say anything. Tell them you think they’re smoking hot.
Or be more subtle ......
