Why is everyone getting 5 stars?

I got my first 5-star which is diluc on stardard wish (around ar38) then got zhongli in his banner (ar39) and lastly i was aiming for yanfei in zhongli's banner but instead got keqing then later yanfei finally come home to me   1 reply
