Is "your a kid" a valid excuse?

I do not believe it’s a completely valid excuse. It’s sometimes used when there is no explanation and the parent doesn’t feel like it. Gives off the same energy as “I’m your mom/dad you gotta obey me” However, kids don’t understand everything.   reply
