straight A students, HOW THE F*CK—
Bruh, so there I was all happy that I raised all my D’s and F’s up to B’s and only 1 C, and then I here an acquaintance of mine complaining that they had a terrible grade in math.
I was curious cuz math is the only non free choice class (electives) that I had an A in, so I asked what the damage was.
THEY WERE SAD AND DISCOURAGED ABOUT A B+, but like concerning-ly sad.
SO NOW I AM HERE TO TELL YOU STRAIGHT A STUDENTS OUT THERE A B+ WON’T HURT YOU ITS OKAY TRUST ME, KEEP ON SUCCEEDING,
but like please chill ( ̄∇ ̄")
Too my fellow people with eh grades
(grades ≠ your value as a human being or how successful you’ll be in the future :p)
It’s a lot of determination and zero social life unless you have a good study partner to work with, then a lot of determination and someone to chat with on brain breaks.
Assigning value to something like academic excellence is not something you can say isn’t really important because value is usually intrinsically determined and very personal.
