straight A students, HOW THE F*CK—
Bruh, so there I was all happy that I raised all my D’s and F’s up to B’s and only 1 C, and then I here an acquaintance of mine complaining that they had a terrible grade in math.
I was curious cuz math is the only non free choice class (electives) that I had an A in, so I asked what the damage was.
THEY WERE SAD AND DISCOURAGED ABOUT A B+, but like concerning-ly sad.
SO NOW I AM HERE TO TELL YOU STRAIGHT A STUDENTS OUT THERE A B+ WON’T HURT YOU ITS OKAY TRUST ME, KEEP ON SUCCEEDING,
but like please chill (￣∇￣")

(grades ≠ your value as a human being or how successful you’ll be in the future :p)
That’s a really nice thing to say but damn if it isn’t hard as hell not to fall into the idea that grades = your worth as a human being. I’m not a straight A student, more like an all A, two Bs student. But because of the school I go to even that’s hard. I’m constantly crying, I feel like I may have developed some weird ass form of anxiet......
