Try kpop videos. Those videos literally make u sweat and i heard you lose a lot of weight if u do them regularly, however u also have to eat healthy, by healthy eat white rice, fish, chicken, and all that stuff. ALSO DRINK WATER. and pls dont starve yourself reply
go to chloe ting's channel she has a lot of workouts at home and you can check out her site too, there are workout schedules there and also healthy weight loss food recipes. try eating at a small calorie deficit if you're not a motivated person and can't workout often. and if counting calories is too stressful just make better food choices and eat smaller portions (if you already eat big ones, if not ignore this). You can also walk around your house and get steps in, most people strive for 10,000 but you can start at 5...... reply
