As a person who reads mostly Bl and Gl, even I can say that the majority of SL's I've seen/read aren't boring. Idk why people hate on the genre so much :/ Some BL and GLs are more even more boring and cringe then SL's. All genres BL,GL, and YES SL, have good (and bad) stories :D.
