this is so normalized in the Philippines that even the police wont bother looking into it. i experienced much worse (i.e getting my underwear stolen, got peeked through my window) multiple times and all of them are reported, but the pervert is still walking around free. we gave up bringing him to jail because my reports weren't "enough". people don......
