Am I the only one who dislikes being called an "enby"?

I don't know why, but being called a "fellow enby" makes me feel kinda uncomfortable. Nonbinary is fine. Maybe it's the "by"?

My dumbàss always thought the word was made due to non binarys just shortened like NB's and then the pronounceation was enbys make sense? Or not idk, I'll stop using it if you want reply
