1. Rocking back and forth (I still do this all the time, like an unhealthy amount. It's very calming to me)
2. Muttering stuff to myself (it sounds weird asf, and probably comes off weird asf too. But when I'm doing something that makes me nervous I repeat what I need to do over and over)
