Should I eat?

I had the stomach flu two days ago and I want to start eating dairy and spicy stuff. The only thing is I'm worried my stomach will start acting up again. I'm able to keep down food, there has been no diarrhea, nor stomach aches so, is it okay to start eating stuff like that again? I'm asking here cause google doesn't have anything on this.

Start with a little milk. Save the spicy stuff for tomorrow if solid foods (not hot spices) are tolerated well. Gastro can linger and get going again if you push things, depending on what caused it. A week of no symptoms and you should be non contagious. Good to see you feeling better reply
