I just let myself cry, actually after a few years of having anxiety i can actually control it.Whenever i feel that I'm having mental breakdowns or anxiety attack I'm gonna run somewhere when no one can see me, and give myself a self hug Trust me,it works ( ̄∇ ̄")   reply
