Choose another highshool. Reputation of a school is not everything. Reputation can be good, but it doesn't mean, that your schoolmates and teacher are nice.
Maybe try to find some additional friends with the same interest in manga as oneself, instead of friends (who are btw really really nice) have absolut zero interest in Anime/manga/popculture/g......
