I'm not slandering Americans here. I know because I'm American and can also be very loud on some occasions. But I just wanna know, culturally, why Americans are loud.
Maybe because they are raised to be outgoing and sociable to get more success and freedom in life or maybe it s done to annoy neighbors i m not sure reply
