Things your family members do that get you nervous
Do you have that one trigger at home that makes you nervous or anxious. For example, when my parents yell out "ready?". In the past(and now), whenever my parents wanted to take my sister and I to a place we didn't like, they would say that in an enthusiastic voice. So now whenever I hear them say ready, my heart skips a beat.
When my parents talk in Cantonese and I heard my name every so often during there conversations makes me panic since I don’t understand what they are talking about. reply
