Try doing some sports you actually enjoy to do, do workouts with friends or family members so it doesn't get boring, put some goals for motivation or inspiration, add rewards system to make it more enjoyable when you meet a goal, etc. Personally, I'd recommend swimming even more so since it's summer and it's a really healthy and great exercise opti......   1 reply
