So i haven't really ate anything in like two days, my apatite is dead and when i mean by really i mean i only ate two chicken strips yesterday and it made me feel sick asf but i had three today and.. i regret it, the only thing that makes me feel better is milk and milk only
Like milk is the only thing i can have, i tried to eat yogurt, ice cream and cheese and it made me more sick.. i can have water but it makes me want more milk (￣∇￣") and it aint a good situation for my gut.. since im lactose and tolerant, so like haha.. help me i beg of you(/TДT)/
Same, I basically been living on garlic breed and nuggets these last day(⊙…⊙ ) and today I fainted from the lack of eating (pretty awkward).
You should probely talk to someone, since food is important, and not eating can be a huge problem! 1 reply
