Maybe he just doesn't like lizards or smth, But cruelty to animals is often considered a warning sign of potential violence towards humans so please stop and prevent him from killing lizards again but if you are scared then try reaching out to your parents about it and if by any chance your parents are assholes then try telling a guardian or someon......
