1)Block them on EVERYTHING twitter,insta, your phone number(but if you can change it just in case they use someone elses phone to call), etc(any social site even youtube if you have too)
2)If they know your address threaten them that you will call the cops for harassment/stalking
3)TAKE SCREENSHOTS AND RECORDINGS OF EVERYTHING AND I MEAN EVERYTHI......
