If your intent/ wording is you saying that you’re “fixing it” than no, but otherwise if you’re being respectful, I personally don’t see a problem. I really don’t think anyone should touch fan-art it (racist or otherwise) but if it’s official art, it really doesn’t matter. Like if you’re taking a clip from an anime/ American cartoo......
