It's not okay if you're doing it to someone's own oc, but if you're redrawing offfical art, I don't see any problem with that. Also, lmao the ignorance of some of you voting that comment so high up is so dumb, some of you really need to be humbled and educated on why black/poc and white are NOT the same and will never be.
