Well I make friends easily but the problem is that they don't stay (better wording would be that I ghost them, because I'm so fuckin scared of rejection)...my only advice is fake it till you make it.
Don't like people, pretend to like them. Be nice to them even if you want to punch them with a chair.
Try to find common things you like. Talk ab......
