let her outside if she wants to be let outside and put the food somewhere easily accessible for her then leave her alone. she prolly doesnt feel comfortable around you yet..? it can sometimes take a year for a street cat to be comfortable with you. idrk depends on the cat so try monitoring her while not getting too close.   reply
