Is getting random bursts of energy normal?

I just had a random burst of energy and i suddenly want to run around but its midnight

Yeah I think it’s my adhd and night owl tendencies. Sometimes I get sudden inspiration to do house chores like vacuuming my room... at 2 am. reply
