I used towork out for around 30-50 min depending on what I'm doing for the day. But around the beginning of this year I was having pains from my upper body to my hips and back so I went to the doctor and it turn up that I have scoliosis. So all my workout regime that I used to do is out of the window because eveything I was doing affect my scolios......   1 reply
