Ok so it's a Stuff when you go to the mangago forums and you make a comments under the question and when many people upvote your answer you'll get exp points like this on a thing when you got many upvotes like "Make a picrew" and more like that
Edit : are you talking about mangago exp points or other exp points like game or some..?
