BL/GL double standards

Any manga that has lesbian/gay sex gets automatically classified as GL/BL, right?

There are works with straight sex that don't automatically become ecchi/hentai/smut.

What's with that sort of difference?

Gl and bl is just the umbrella term and just means they're gay. Doesn't necessarily have to have sex in it for it to be classified a bl/gl reply
