Help a fellow female out

I'm having some really bad menstrual cramps I feel nauseous and I've already taken a Tylenol but I'm still in mad pain what do I do?

You can take a different kind of painkiller after waiting for a couple of hours sometimes the one i always use just dont relieves me anymore so i change it and it works for me hope it helps reply
