Tylenol isn't the best to use for cramps, if possible use ibuprofen (Advil) or naproxen (Aleve) next time. but cinnamon tea and something hot and heavy over the abdomen always helps me on really bad days. and not to sound like a mom but don't walk barefoot lmao
