Constantly crying at night

I have a very average life but there's always times where i cry feeling sadness out of nowhere at night

I wonder if its a bad thing or not

I think stage of life? Where we gonna be emotionally unstable and all like I wanna cry now but maybe not and we contemplate to explain cause we don't know how. reply
