I will only ever use pads even if it's uncomfortable. Tampons cost more and I'm not gonna stick my finger up just to get it out if the string breaks, plus I have a heavy irregular flow. I'm also not gonna wear those underwear that absorbs blood or use those cups. If I'm done with pads I'll just go with pills.
