I am looking for a manga romance type, its the story of a girl who move in to a new house, and the house previous owner had passed away. But the owner became a ghost and just stay in the house with no memories. Then he met the girl and try to communicate with her. They fall in love. But then his "friend" met the girl and she know the girl can "see" him. His "friend" start to follow her and... I remember that his "friend" is the killer. He passed away in a party.
