RANT !!!!

i could be talking about how i hung out with my mom and had fun and someone would trauma dump like, "oh, at least your mom loves you" or something along the lines and like, HOW DO YOU RESPOND TO THAT?? yes, i feel guilty. yes, i want to comfort them but i honestly feel so uncomfortable like let me talk about my day without feeling guilty or uncomfortable

I no longer entertain unwarranted trauma dumps lmaoo and idc if it makes me look like an ass. i just look at them awkwardly and make no comment and continue with my day let them stew in that lol (i'm sorry this is my biggest pet peeve atm because i share an office with a woman whos constantly doing this to me. i dread going in person because of ...... reply
