I generally prefer sub but dubs are fine as long as they abandon all Japanese words and names. I constantly hear people butcher my own native language which has the same sounds as Japanese and it makes me cringe. But anime that are set away from Japan (mainly in fantasy worlds) are fine in my eyes as dubs.
