Talking to yourself in second-person?

Like when I’m alone using “you” and “we” to refer to myself makes more sense to me than using “I”

Am I crazy???

It feels so much more natural to think “we have to finish this essay.” Rather than “I have to finish this essay” when I’m alone.

me and the voices fr even if no one else is there, you've gotta be your biggest supporter. so if that means addressing yourself in the second person to urge yourself off your bed and to finish that goddamned essay so be it reply
